Christine has spent her 29 year career in healthy living striving to assist the community in being Healthy Happy Humans. Creator of Raffa Yoga and Urban Sweat an Active Relaxation concept, Educated Culinary Chef, Licensed Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, with expertise in myofascial pain syndromes of the head, neck and face, Forrest Yoga, Ashtanga, Neuro Somatics and Restorative Yoga Certified Yoga instructor.

Her expertise is in creating a well rounded Happy Human through movement education and meditation.Christine states "I am grateful to have traveled the world from the Tahitian Islands to the Maldives, Dubai, Bali and so many other beautiful places in our world. My newest passion is small group private travel experiences where I can offer an experience that creates a lifetime of memories, good vibrations and education of culture, food, healthy movement and communityThese travel experiences are curated for a unique small group experience that brings you to an adventure with healthy, happy humans.The community I have served has been so generous to me and all things Raffa for 29 years.
